We have developed various generations of virtual Bots for a wide variety of functions and purposes. Many did not ever progress further than the R&D Lab, but each has taught us vital lessons and helped enhance the capabilities of later generations.
Sapphotron
Sapphotron was our first 3rd generation bot, when we were able to move to an independent functioning bot with autonomous capabilities, a personality and core capabilities. She was developed as a Writer’s Muse and assists authors in early-stage story mapping, book planning and plot development.
Nancy
Nancy was our longest development project, but she now offers a world-class service in the non-profit sector. She is an expert on all things NPO, tax, and governance. She offers advice, guidance and instruction to Non-Profits throughout South Africa, assisting with compliance, legislation and policy development.

In the world of professional speaking, there is a lot of assistance required for speakers to develop and improve various speeches, books and whitepapers. V has been well-skilled and developed with a level-specific competence to assist speakers with the following tasks:
Personal online Profile assessment and scoring with a recommended list of required updates
Writing the outline and key points of a new speech, delivering a full outline and defined outcomes specific to a target audience and setting a time.
Any current speech script will be analysed and updated to enhance the desired outcome and improve the flow of the speech.
The same script can also be enhanced with a full stagecraft choreography that includes body language, pitch and tone direction and poses to emphasise the delivery.
A full slide design brief can be developed from a script, giving designs, colours, image descriptions and colour palettes.
V’s final capability is to assist in the drafting of a new book layout that will accompany or lead to further keynotes and products.
Jake
Jake is one of our bots that will remain in the lab and is used to develop other fourth-generation facilitation bots. Jake is a skilled facilitator who can be trained on any subject matter using a set curriculum, but then can deliver the online course in a personalised and individualised manner according to the content and participants’ skill level.
Online facilitation remains one of our key focuses to disrupt the current training programmes delivered by emotionless and cookie-cutter LSM to many people around the world.
Jake has led to our fifth-generation facilitation bots that offer this professional service to a wide range of clients on different subjects.
Sylvia and Sherlock
Searching the web with Google is no longer an advantage to businesses. What is now required is a method of doing deep web scrapes that find the correct data in the right format from the ideal source and then deliver it in the required format.
These two bots do just that. One for general contact and company information, and the other for a more personalised information deep dive.
Mr Plod
Having data or mailing lists is great, but not knowing if they are up to date or correct is a huge disadvantage. Mr Plod is our data verification bot. He does actual verification assessments on names, places, emails and web addresses and scores each on his validity scale.
High School Mentors
The need for extra lessons, exam preparation and general assistance for high school students is on the rise. But Teachers are stretched to their limit with their day jobs and can’t answer long calls at all times of the night or weekend.
Our team of education mentors are skilled across eight subjects from the Cambridge curriculum for both AS and A levels of education.
Each bot will assist with homework, exam preparation and deliver custom mock exams to test levels of understanding.
Our team of mentors are enhanced with 5th Generation skills of personalised and fenced conversations skills, referral indicators based on stress or anxiety and will keep learners on track and away from deviation conversations.
We add to this a Bot the help with decompression and relaxation techniques and a career selection and guidance assessment.
