Every business today is asking the same question. How do we use AI without losing what makes us human.
M37 has an answer. We are an AI bot factory based in South Africa. We build virtual bots that work alongside people, not instead of them.
Our bots are not generic chat tools. Each one has a backstory, a personality and a clear job to do. We call this Agent Quotient. It is the quality of the relationship between a human and an AI agent.
We do not aim to replace people. Our goal is to enhance what people can already do. A bot can carry the repetitive load. A human can keep the judgement, the care and the final say.
Our name carries a story. In 2016 an AI system played a move in a game of Go that no human expert expected. It was called Move 37. That moment showed the world something new was possible when human and machine worked with each other instead of against each other.
We took that name because it captures what we believe. Progress comes from collaboration, not competition.
Over the past year our small team has built more than fifteen bots for real clients. They work in education, marketing, research and data validation. Each one is trained, briefed and given a voice suited to its task.
